My husband and I started our equine practice in 2005 which has grown from a one vet ambulatory practice to a business with a team of 15 and a purpose built hospital facility. In 2018 I completed my Certificate in Veterinary Business Management with Liverpool University and in 2019 I joined the board of the Veterinary Management Group. My day job now involves more of a strategic role to grow and develop our business and team but I am still involved in some operational aspects including finance, marketing and team development. I am also currently studying with the Coaching Academy for a Diploma in Personal Performance
